Note: The files on this page have been specifically prepared to facilitate printing! Page estimates above are based on printouts using Arial 12 point. The actual number of pages depends on what font your browser is set to. Note too that when using the browser either ONLINE or OFFLINE, the page references in the INDEX are hyper text linked to their appropriate text inside the book, ...but in a printed INDEX, the page references will only serve as a rough guide.

HOW TO PRINT THE BOOK:

Simply bring each of the above files up in your browser, and use your browser's print facility to print each file to the print queue.

WARNING!!!! Make sure each file loads into the browser COMPLETELY before selecting the "Print option", or you may end up with partially printed chapters. After printing a particular file to the print queue, hit the browser's "BACK" button to return to the "Printing Selection Page" to select the next file for printing.

It should take about 13 minutes to bring up all of the above files and print them to the print queue (either while ONLINE, or OFFLINE after downloading). Printing out the files from the print queue should take an hour or so, ...depending on the speed of your printer.

Then three hole punch the pages, insert them in a binder, and head for an easy chair.
